Beaman Building actively manages all phases of the construction process on a daily basis from beginning to end. Prior to starting, the entire project is scheduled to completion in three phases:
- groundwork and foundation
- framing, trades, and pre-sheetrock
- sheetrock to finish
This detailed scheduling, while always subject to weather and subcontractor and material availability, provides a framework for orderly progression of the project. Our subcontractors are thrilled with the advanced notice of scheduling we give them as well as the knowledge that we have planned for the arrival of the necessary supplies for them to do their work. They also know that the subcontractor coming behind them has also already been scheduled. Because Beaman Building provides a fixed price for the project, there is no incentive to delay the completion of a project. Beaman projects move quickly, not because we work faster, but because we do not typically miss an opportunity to move the project forward on a daily basis.
